Nepal Visa Procedure
The Nepal Immigration Office at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) facilitates tourists entering Nepal by providing a Visa on Arrival.
The Visa on Arrival procedure is quick and simple, though queues may occur during the peak tourist season. To make the process even faster, we recommend completing the online visa application from home before your arrival.
You can fill out the online form here: https://nepaliport.immigration.gov.np/
Note: The Nepal online visa application should be submitted within 15 days prior to your arrival in Nepal, so make sure your travel date falls within this window. For example, if you plan to arrive on October 15, you should submit your online visa application between October 1 and October 14.
Steps for online visa application:
1. Select Visa On-Arrival
2. Select Entry Point – Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA)
3. Complete the online application and submit
4. Print the visa application confirmation page and bring it with you

Tibet Visa Information and Procedure
Simply send us a scanned copy of your passport, and we will take care of the rest.
Apart from mainland China, the only place to get the Group Visa to travel Tibet is Kathmandu, Nepal. Furthermore, a Tibet Travel Permit is needed for all foreign travelers to visit Tibet. Whether you enter Tibet from mainland China or Nepal, the process for Tibet Travel Permit is the same.
All travelers entering Tibet from Nepal can obtain a Group Visa for Tibet from the Chinese Embassy in Kathmandu, which eliminates the hassle of obtaining a Chinese visa in your home country. It takes a minimum of 3-4 working days for the Group Visa to be issued by the Embassy. The Group Visa is a single-entry visa, valid for up to 30 days, and cannot be extended.
You can also visit mainland China with a Group Visa. However, members of the travel group must enter and exit Tibet or mainland China at the same time and from the same location.
A Group Visa for Tibet is not affixed in a passport but is a sheet of paper that lists the names of the people in the group along with nationalities, birth dates, and passport numbers.
Step 1: Book a Tibet tour.
Step 2: Send us scanned copy of your passport. With your passport information and tour itinerary, we will apply for the Tibet Travel Permit on your behalf at Tibet Tourism Bureau.
Step 3: Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, we apply for a Group Visa on your behalf with your original passport and photograph. It takes a minimum of 3-4 working days for the Group Visa to be issued by the Embassy. In the meantime, we organize Nepal tour.
Note: Your passport should valid for at least six months from your arrival date in Tibet.
Conclusion: On your behalf, we apply for and obtain the Tibet Travel Permit and Group Visa.
