It can be easily arranged online, and there are several reputable US-based providers suitable for this trip, including Travelex, Allianz, Travel Guard, World Nomads, Travel Insured International, Seven Corners, and WorldTrips, among others.

    We kindly request a copy of your insurance policy, which we will keep on file and provide to the relevant authorities if required during your journey.

Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu (1350m / 4430ft) – Pick up at airport, transfer to hotel 

Day 2: Half day guided sightseeing to UNESCO sites in Kathmandu 

Day 3: Drive from Kathmandu to Machha Khola (870 m / 2,850 ft) – 8 hours’ drive 

Day 4: Trek from Machha Khola to Jagat (1,340 m / 4,396 ft) – 6 hours trek 

Day 5: Trek from Jagat to Deng (1,860 m / 6,100 ft) – 6 hours trek 

Day 6: Trek from Deng to Namrung (2,630 m / 8,629 ft) – 6 hours trek 

Day 7: Trek from Namrung to Shyala (3,500 m / 11,482 ft) – 6 hours trek 

Day 8: Morning excursion to Pung Gyen Monastery (3,800 m / 12,567), then trek to Samagaun (3,520 m / 11,548 ft) – 5 hours trek (including excursion) 

Day 9: Acclimatization Day at Samagaun (3,520 m / 11,549 ft) – optional day hike 

Day 10: Trek from Samagaun to Samdo (3,875 m / 12,746 ft) – 4 hours trek 

Day 11: Trek from Samdo to Dharamsala (4,460 m / 14,632 ft) – 4 hours trek 

Day 12: Cross Larkya La Pass (5,160 m / 16,929 ft) and descend to Bimthang (3,590 m / 11,781 ft) – 6 hours trek 

Day 13: Trek from Bimthang to Goa (2,515 m / 8,250 ft) – 4 hours trek 

Day 14: Trek from Goa to Dharapani (1,860 m / 6100 ft) – 3 hours trek, and drive to Besi Sahar 

Day 15: Drive to Kathmandu – check in hotel, rest of the in leisure. 

Day 16: In Kathmandu – free day to rest or explore on your own 

Day 17: Depart from Kathmandu – transfer to airport
